Q: I bought the NT530 with 2 software, but it only shows one free software available, how do I add the second one?
A: The NT530 comes with no software as default, you can download the first free software according to the update guide here:

After you downloaded the first free software, please give us the S/N and which vehicle you want to add as the second software so that we can activate it for you.

Will the NT530 able to do **** Functions on my BMW (or Audi Ford GM etc.)?

Q: I am not able to register NT530 with the free software, it says "S/N already registered", what should I do?
A: Please send the S/N to our after sale email: sales@foxwelltool.com and explain the problem, and we will reset the S/N for you.

Q: I received the device, but it doesn't have the GM software I ordered?
A: The NT530 or NT510 Elite both comes with no software as default, you can download the first free software according to the update guide here:

Q: I am not able to register the S/N , it says S/N not valid.
A: Please double check if you have downloaded the correct installer APP for your device, if your device S/N begins with NV*** or N5B***, it should go to Foxscanner APP downloaded here: http://www.foxwelltech.com/product/item-340.html

About NT680 Pro
Q: It doesn't show many functions it should have, what is the problem?
A: Please check if you have changed the language, when you change language, please make sure you have activated the related language(if not, please submite the S/N to us or the Foxwell official support and activate the language) and then download the related software again.
